It's all about getting around the barrels, or over the fences, right leads, no faults, fastest time and looking pretty when done. What's so hard about that? 
I must say Mr. McClure is a very nice guy from the times I have had conversations with him. I think he is deffently deserving of a promotion. Also, though I've never talked to Mr. Wozniak he always seemed very nice too. GREAT promotions.
