Do many CEO's admit they lost sleep over such a deal? I think the company is in good shape as long as Falfa's (guessing he's the one) does just as well as Kinzel did when he takes over the partnership.

With some talk about this Paramount sale being much like SF did in the 1990's is very wrong. SF's management can't compare to CF's.
