Dinner theater? Thats gonna be a real hit in January!

I like the idea as well that they are going with a shipwreck theme, that has the potential to be pretty cool. Correct me if im wrong, but Kalahari's water park is bigger than 65,000 sq. feet isn't it?

They do have a good idea though. Its a very smart idea for them to put some stores that way, because a lot of people I know aren't going to leave Sandusky and drive all the way down 250 to go to an arcade, because im sure the water park, like Kalahari, is going to be like $25 a person, if they even let outside guests in (ala: great wolf lodge). The problem is.... what store are they going to put there thats going to entice people to head that way thats not already built or in the process of being built just up the road closer to the mall area? I can't really think of anything off the top of my head. But hopefully they will if they want to survive the winter months.

Currently on tour: Who knows where

Yeah, Kalahari is quite a bit bigger, but this does sound like it could be pretty cool. Definately a smart idea to try to attract retailers to their location and to have conference space in the resort.

Another indoor waterpark and I have yet to go to any. How are they?

Want something to put there: Dave & Busters and a Quaker Steak and Lube. Trust me, they'll draw.

Shopping wise, there is still 1 or 2 stores Sandusky doesn't have. Babies R Us anyone?

or a decent best buy. Seriously, that's got to be one of the worlds smallest best buys. I've seen truck stops bigger than it.

Gotta love Quaker Steak & Lube. The Golden Garlic wings are awsome!

Sandusky was close to having one, but it apparently fell through. As far as Best Buy is concerned, this seems to be a trend for the company, at least in some locations. The one that opened around here last year is the same size.

Yeah, QS&L is (according to Hoty) looking at other locations in the area. They definetly want to come to Sandusky.

As for Best Buy, yeah, it's the mini-me version of the store that is for sure. Day after thanksgiving it's horrible there.

I'd personally like a Steve & Barry's up there, but that is because I'm stingy with my money.

It would be a good location for those that don’t want to travel in Sandusky or to Norwalk. There is a very large community in that area and any kind of store that would cut down travel time to Sandusky/Perkins would be great. Especially in the summer when traffic sucks. You are at the halfway point between Sandusky and Norwalk, its only a matter of time before there is not much of a transition between the two communities.

As far as the theme change, I like it:)
