The title of the article caught me off guard.
I believe Paramount is doing the Great Wolf Lodge and the park in China on their own. It doesn't make much sense, but that's what I got from other news articles.

Haven't heard any news on the office move lately.
And Gomez - I doubt if Paramount is doing either of those anymore. They might still be investing in the GWL, but I'd be surprised if they didn't back out (since they sold the parks division). The China deal sounds like it wasn't past the discussion stage, so I doubt that as happening as well.

I'm a little surprised by the GWL news. Does this mean that the resort is now totally GWL, and all profits go to GWL? Frankly I'm surprised that CF didn't completely buy out that project and made it a part of the park's resort properties.
