What is Star Trek: The Experience, an interactive adventure in Las Vegas? I don't ever remember seeing that mentioned before. Is it new to Cedar Fair?

Yes it is new to cedar fair. It was part of the paramount parks deal.

Mr. Scott and I lobbied Cedar Fair to buy the chain just for that attraction. ;)
