New webcam location

Cedar Point has moved the PT webcam to dragster's 360 ft. level. The new image doesn't appear yet but here is what is says next to what used to be the PT webcam:

"A view of Sandusky Bay and the progress of construction at Lighthouse Point from the 360-foot-level of Top Thrill Dragster"
