New TT2 stand

Something new to speculate about. Next to the old hydraulic building.

Andy gonna check to see if Klinger & his band have permits for this encampment.

Read the sign. It's a mess, like all of TT2, they're just owning up to it to the public.

The broken down trailer is likely going to push 2025 passes.

What a better place to put it than in front of the New for 2025 ride?

It’s a video screen with a vhs of the tt2 pov. You may sit on logs to enjoy.

When did CP fans start sounding like Disney "fans?"

Speculation over…

Andy approves the sale of legitimate merchandise.

Gotta be honest, I’m rather disappointed it’s not a drink stand. I could use a cold one on my way from the Backbeatque stand to the Pit Stop drink stand.

Nothing better than spending money to win prizes for a closed attraction!

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

I didn’t want to start a new thread, but this was the most recent thread that wasn’t locked…

According to Penninsula.of.thrills on IG, TT2 is testing as of today. There are some stills of the train on both sides of the top hat.

There were pictures of the Sirens Curse tower tilting as well

Honestly, I think this entire section should be locked and TTLO...I mean, TT2, just having a single thread in the General section. Hardly anyone posts here these days, so let's move the discussion.

Unofficial Rule of Ride Removals

You must announce removals in advance so people can get their last rides in, unless a major incident or malfunction prevents the ride from doing so.

This applies to roller coasters, flat rides, water rides, and so on.

Exceptions to this rule include upcharge attractions, waterpark rides, and rides that are effectively redundant within a park.

The most recent IG footage from Peninsula of Thrills shows TT2 testing, and the trains are absolutely hauling over the top hat.

This is a good sign too!

It may be a good sign, but remember that there were plenty of good signs this time last year.

🧂 I've provided the salt, and I'm calling on each of you to take a grain.

...can we please move TT2 discussion to General?

That the park is this publicly confident this quickly after taking delivery of the revised trains is, to me at least, a pretty clear indication that the problem with the original deign was well understood, and that these perform exactly as they expected compared to the originals.

Saying I was surprised by the TT2 video from CP would be an understatement. I had assumed that there would be a lot of testing and told my daughter a day or 2 ago that I was surprised there has not been extensive testing going on with opening day about a month away. I completely agree that whatever they found last season was known and the fix for the issue was obvious, it just took time to implement. It would be great to be able to ride TT2 again on opening day / weekend but we were not expecting that at all, at least until the video yesterday.

As long as the park is confident that it won’t spew flying shrapnel at the guests anymore, I’m appeased.

Sit tight fellas ;) Applebee's fills my belly daily.
