New Trademarks

I noticed some new trademarks for Cedar Fair.

I don't know what they are for. Any ideas?

Coaster Boi, these have already been discussed. Gold Striker is for CGA's new wooden coaster and I'd assume Carousels for Kids will be something similar to Coasting for Kids.

Where were these discussed. I've heard the Carousels for Kids on a few posts but never Gold Striker.

I don't know about any other parks except that Kings Dominion is getting something next year. Some speculate that could just be Planet Snoopy though.

Gold Striker.. that one sounds neat. And Stinger? hm..

Stinger is at Dorney Park. Apparently, Gold Striker is at CGA.

Oh. Cool. New woodie. Don't see that often.

So far Cedar Point and California's Great America are getting coasters. It looks like Kings Dominion is going to get a major Planet Snoopy expansion. It also looks like Carowinds and Worlds of Fun will get Dinosaurs Alive. Worlds of Fun is also probly getting new water slides, I think Kings Island will get some new slides too. I haven't heard anything on the other parks.

KI just got new slides. Also, all the parks probally will get WindSeekers soon.

They didn't get any new slides actually. I could easily see them following the Soak City makeover with new slides. That seems to be popular with Cedar Fair lately.

I, for one, hate that they are making all the parks more similar. Windseekers. Planet snoopy. Dinosaurs Alive.

How many places can I ride Windseeker, or Back Lot Stunt Coaster, for example?

It totally creates a dis-incentive to visit other parks in the chain, despite my platinum pass.

^There's a relatively small number of people that visit different parks, except maybe CP and KI. For example, not a high % of Cedar Fair guests go to both Cedar Point and Knott's

I would say that number would be well under 1%.

Why is that sad. I always wanted to be in the 1% :-)

Well we feel so big, but we are so small compared to everyone else.
