New ticketing system

Actually alot of the windows based POS systems are very reliable, I have used both Windows and Linux systems, and have never had to restart either because of a lock up. I have had to restart a Mac based one before, it just locked up completely. (also that was the only Mac based one I had ever seen before :) )

Second, platform religion is asinine. Plenty of great software has been written for Windows, including the site you're surfing now.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
