New Shows Listed On Website!

Cedar Point's website now has a list of the new shows. There are so many new ones that they didn't mention before, such as Fire&Ice, which sounds pretty cool from just reading the description, but it only runs from July 5th to August 19th sadly. I happy to see that Totally Live and Lights, Camera, Action are returning! What are your thoughts about these new shows?

Fire and Ice?! Maybe they bought the remnants of Dueling Dragons from IoA after all!

Wait, where exactly on the site are they listed? I looked all over the site and I can't find it. I even looked at Tony and CP's twitter, and all it's telling me is that they're working on a show lineup for 2018. Could you give me the link you saw?

Yeah basically right after I posted this they removed the list. It was right on the shows page. XD

I saw it also.

It was under Play>Shows and while the section is still there they have taken down the descriptions. Must still be a work in progress.

I won’t catch much of anything as far as shows go during the regular season. We will be there for CoasterMania, before most shows start, but we caught a peak at Luminosity rehearsals during late ERT the last 2 years. Then we won’t be back until late August when they go to 8pm closings, and most shows are done for the season. Hoping to get back in mid-September for HalloWeekends to FINALLY see Midnight Syndicate. The 2 years they have been at the park are the 2 years we didn’t get to HalloWeekends since 2011.

Oh yeah, I was also wondering this, maybe I'm just missing something but what does France have to do with the wild west?

Well there was that whole Louisiana Purchase thing and it would be fair to say there were many Frenchmen in the territory when we bought it that didn’t leave. So there is that.

Lusty Lil's has always (at least in its most recent incarnation) had the French Can-Can as one of its centerpieces, so perhaps they're just adding that theme to the title?

If you type the name (replace spaces with hyphens) after "shows/" on the site

You're right! The shows are finally on for once. Let's hope they don't change it. So, is vertical impact going to play at night like luminosity?

Kinda but not really, it's at 8pm

I guess that's close enough...

One thing that really made me like luminosity so much is that it would play during the night, and I would come to watch while tired, and I would just feel so re-energized after watching that, and I would continue to ride into the night.
