The guy on the 5 o'clock news has a hard time predicting tomorrow, and he has a degree. I don't think we're going to do much better trying to guess the weather a month from now.
Soak City is open that day, and it could be warm enough, but I'm not going to try and say today whether it WILL be or not.

Yes, the jackets are still available if you bought your pass last fall. Several people were picking them up when I got my pass processed on Saturday.
If not, you can have mine. It's junk. Furthermore I doubt they did anything to boost pass sales.

^ - no, but they did probably help them boost sales during last fiscal year (providing a false boost to the bottom line).
And since the jackets are crap (I don't even know where mine is, and WTF is up with no pockets) I doubt that trick will work this year either.

I think I'd rather have the $10 off than the jacket, if I had to choose one.. :(
Hey you have to admit though..the jacket was a bargain and its a nice deal with your season pass! :)
I decided to buy my pass last November (I went Sunday to process it) I really didn't give a crap about the jackets, it was the discount that I got back in November that got me to buy one.
So... where is the logic in saving $10 on your season pass, only to travel 200 miles to process, without actually using said pass?
This is assuming, of course, that your car gets less than 60 mpg, which I'm assuming it does.
True, but I didn't want to wait in a 2 hour or longer line on opening day, and we had nothing better to do on a Sunday.. haha.. (yes, I lead a boring life).
Nope.. lol. Just thought of going for a drive down there, and gas is a little cheaper in Toledo than where I live in Michigan anyway, so even though I spent 5 hours in the car, it was a nice Sunday drive down there. The people I was with thought it was a good idea to get a dry-run out there so we don't forget how to get there (I'm only 35, but some days I feel older than that).
T.G.I. Fridays rocked too, they actually have low fat food on their menu, so it was a good day :)
I just bought my Cedar Point season pass for the 6th straight year on Saturday over the internet. Hopefully you guys are right and there isn't much of a line wait for the season pass line when I go opening day. I just want to make sure because last year and the year before I've waited like an hour to get it processed and everything.
If not, you can have mine. It's junk. Furthermore I doubt they did anything to boost pass sales.
How's it junk? I actually really liked mine.
It's so cheap that even the Chinese kids making them thought they were overpaid.

It doesn't even have a liner. Stand in a breeze and it just cuts through you. I've had a lot of pull-over jackets, including one from CP, and the one they "gave away" was crap.

Im also willing to bet it was something they bought for another reason, but when the thing came back with no pockets decided to not give them to employees. Seriously, I can deal with the no liner, I can deal with a cheap make and still love a jacket but no pockets? Whats the point?
But then I remember that it was free, and think, well maybe I can find some use for it.
Get a $1 back at the next garage sale. Sell the damn thing, I plan on it.
Heck, I'm willing to bet some idiot would pay more than that for it on eBay.
