Either it's just what he felt like saying, or if he's taking a cue from Paula at HW and putting hints in the blog... I'm guessing it means several small improvements (kittens), as opposed to one large (cat) ride or improvement.

I think they were referring to letting the kittens out of the bag to scare away the dog (Snoopy) so they could infiltrate the park with Nick characters instead. :) Let's hope the smiley can really be a smiley. ha ha!

Alright, fine. Maybe CP is getting a wild mouse coaster and putting it where the aquatic stadium is like someone speculated already, and naming it The Wild Kitten. It would be the 2nd generation of Wildcat, somewhat similar to what SOB is to the Beast.
