Thank you Cedar Point! It's been a while, but it was worth it. Wow.
That train seems to go on forever, especially from that angle! I knew it'd be long, but again, wow. The railings look great, so does the control booth. I was wondering what the booth would be like. The roof looks great too! That semi-transparent covering really looks great. I'm getting really excitied now.

Be wary of falling shoes while waiting in line for Raptor
This might have been said in another thread, but the launches on this thing are going to be LOUD, especially when you're on the train. Sound doesn't like to go through a concrete wall, you know :)

It's very hard to drink all day...
Unless you start first thing in the morning.
If you took a photo from the same place in the last photo one year ago you'd see the same thing. There was nothing there but an unobstructed view of the lake through the fence.
Cp_Rider: Have you even looked at the specs for the ride or looked at the hundreds of photos around the Net for the other Impulses? Have you ever noticed that Millennium Force has 18 rows, using a very similar wheel and chassis arrangement?

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the picture of the train...LONG! Very cool, and stylish too. This update has some sweet pictures.
I think that having that concrete wall there is a good thing because if the wind would pick up and the sand would be dry...we could call the ride Sand Blaster...remember? Going 72mph with sand would not be fun, so this is definitely a good thing. Besides, how would they get the wiring to the launch if it wasn't arranged like this?
