Thanks to Ryan (Rotunda_Chillin) for providing these photos!
Always fun to see old pictures of the park. Was trying to figure out where the second picture was taken but then remembered it was the prior location of the Giant Wheel.
The design on the facades of the midway games was much better than it is today. They should revisit some of those styles and typefaces!
Tall and fast not so much upside down...
Cool photos, thanks for sharing. Always love to see pictures of Mill Race and Pirate Ride.
Also the photos of the cargo net remind me of the time that someone (who was definitely not me) froze up climbing and my Dad had to come up to rescue them. But I was definitely not the kid who froze up. Nope.

Thanks for posting these, I love old photos, especially the people. Neat to see how hair styles & clothing fashions change over time and some even make a return, like it or not. I hope those one piece jumpers the workers on the cargo net are wearing never come back, poor girls.
In photo #20, I see Tiki-Twirl tucked in a corner on the right side. Man, they sure moved that thing around the park a few times! Also, is that the main midway carousel offset on the right? If so, they must have moved it at some point to the left because it is now more lined up with the skyride station. And how about that crowd in line at Mill-Race? Very Raptor like.

Especially the capability of LEDs now, it has the potential to give a spectacular display at night. I'm also really hoping for a lighting upgrade on Magnum for the 30th anniversary!
