New park in Orlando?

Stumbled across this..... Anyone think this could be Cedar Fair? Six Flags? Who has enough money on hand to build a new resort at this time?

This post would probably be a better fit for CoasterBuzz. Interesting, but I wouldn't assume that an existing major operator was behind this.

Seems unlikely to be Cedar Fair or Six Flags. They'd have no need to participate in acquiring a source of animated properties when they'd be bringing DC characters, Looney Tunes, Peanuts and Hanna-Barbera to the table.

Information Architects touts its acquisition of Legacy Animation Group as a wellspring of animated properties to use in parks, yet Legacy Animation Group does not appear to have released any films, tv shows, video games, what have you, which would seem unlikely to provide a competitive edge against Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter.
