New (Old) Coaster

Many years ago, back when Gemini was new and maybe before Magnum (I can't remember), there was a model on display in the park of a large white wooden coaster labled the "Dramamine Machine." It included several inversions and looked impressive -- especially for it's day.

Does anyone have any idea what ever became of it? Did it eventually become a coaster anywhere? Why was it on display?

No, it was never built, but I'm not sure why it was on display.

This is just a guess...

Some other parks have put high schoolers' modeled ideas of coasters at their parks. It is some kind of school project.
