New Name

I love the name, "Millennium Force." In short form I call it, "The force, Millennium, Big Blue."
Etc.I think it's perfect, But I always wonder what other people would call it if they could name it ?

I hate it when people call it "The Millennium, The Millennium Coaster, or Magnum Force."

Yeah I can't stand it when people call it "the Millennium." "Hey Joe did you like The Millennium." "No, I haven't heard of that one, but I have been on the Millennium Force"---I know people don't know any better and are not as hooked at CP as we our but this is one of those things that drives me crazy!

BTW...it is interesting that at all of the graduation parties I have been to this year, Millennium Force has come in a conversation.

I usually say "Wanna hit force" The people with me will know exactly what it is, I've talked about it so much, and on that note....I always bring up MF in conversations.

I'm still partial to Maintenance Force. The thing has rolled back, got struck by lighting, not aligned with the track right or broke down a gazzilion times when I'm there. Today I broke something right as ERT was starting and I broke the lift sled. Not Physically, somehow mentally! I have sat in the train twice and have not rode this year also.

It rolled back...wow, that was understandable considering it was running cold with no dummies.
It's a 310 ft. lightning rod of course it's going to be hit several times.

What do you mean the track didn't line up right? Are you talking about the transfer track?

And it breaks down every so often like any ride, however not as much lately.

Monday the 25th 2000 when they had to rush order a part in. The computer said the train was not aligned right with the track so it refused to send any trains out. then again what do I know, it just did not run when I was there.

Sure it dose not break down often, but it happens every time I'm there!

The term Millennium was coined in 97, or 98 and the Force was added later, therefore CP has a unique name...comments??
