I agree it is really looking good. Better than I ever would have thought. Still, its hard to get an "overall picture" from these photos, so I can't wait to see it in person.

Being Cedar Point I am sure they have everything planned out and ready for opening day. Though it still surprises me how much work is still going on at the park. With opening day a mere 8 days from now, I would think they would be doing minor touchups now, and not still working like madbeasts. Is this normal for them?

Either way the ride will be a lot of fun or in the least very attractive.

I think that Cedar Point will load Two Trains, send both out, one will go up the lift, and the second will wait until the other train hits the tunnel and then go up the lift.

So two trains wait outside the station, two are in the station, one is right outside the front of the station, and the other is on the course.

^ One at the bottom of the lift, one between the lift and the launch and one between the launch and the brake run.

Yeah I agree with everyone. They did a nice job of blending the new station in with the queue house. What will be nice about the queue house is when it rains, people have shelter right there. They don't have to leave their spots in line.

How Maverick runs sure is going to be an interesting thing to see. Those ops are going to have a good run for their money keeping up.:)
Let's hope Maverick doesn't end up like Dragster and run more efficiently with 5 or 4 trains.;)

now i might not even go if victoria is not sponsoring maverick! any way i think it is cool how the photo both is in the queue house. it blends the entrance and exit together so it all is in one location! very cool!

^I'm a little confused by what you said. What ride doesn't have its exit and entrance together other than Magnum.

Last time i checked, its a little walk to get back in line for dragster.

And so is Maverick.

The only coaster I know of with the exit and entrance right next to eachother is Corkscrew.

Has Maverick received its first rider yet?
