As if you haven't gotten enough praise from this topic, but here's my two cents:

Awesome! Spectacular! Absolutly stunning! Gorgeous!

I came up with some words other people didn't. That make this reply special...lol.

Oh yeah, if there's bugs on your shirt, you had a good ride.

Thank you Jeff for your work to make and run this site!

Jeff the only thing I can think of that could be done different would be to have GTTPer's info on their post so "some" people like me would know about what type of person we are chating with. In other word so than if it is a 47 yr old person I know or if I am chating with a 14 yr old person I know.

It's there. Click on the GTTP'ers name (see the underline under everyone's name? That means there is a link there).

OK OK I am a Dumb A@# I don't know everything about this forum so thank you for clearing that up for me. :-)

Ohhh, we now even have the number of views! I think I'll just burst! :)

July 11th: Korn, Puddle of Mudd, and Deadsy

Hmm...seems like everything is getting that XP look to it now, including the new AOL. ;-)

I'm not sure about the # of views though....

I still don't understand where this whole "XP look" thing applies to the redesign. What exactly is it that makes everyone think this?

Yeah, wasn't it an OS X look first? Besides, it's not like a gradient has never been used on a Web page before. They were all the rage circa '98. Then a year later it was the thin horizontal lines for "texture."

Jeff, are the # of views unique views (unique users) or do they include multiple views from the same user?

"Meh."

God... I LOVED the thin horizontal lines! I believe it was a PSP filter called 'blinds.'

The only thing that looks weird for me is the links to the individual threads. I keep getting the feeling that they're backwards for some reason. (I.E. I keep clicking on the links I've already visited.)

That's probably just me, though. I'll have to get comfortable with the new color style.

Ya, at first I didn't like it, but now I am getting use to it.
The views are awesome. I like being able to see the traffic. I think web counters on home pages are tacky, but the "views" column is very discrete. It doesn't say "look at how many visitors I have had to my page!" Nice...
ACEerCG, I'm referring to the "soft" touch of the boxes and such. Reminds me of XP's "softness".

There was a filter that did it, but I never got my hands on it. Instead, I made a 1x4 "pattern" and filled with it. Filter shmilter!

These new Exclamation marks instead of the 'NEW' sign in front of all the threads is HOT... Gttp is getting better and better everyday

Nice work jeff
