New light needed.

This is a complaint that I hear often and think it needs attention: the midway under the Corkscrew (approaching Power Tower) is too dark. It can be dangerous late at night cuz everyone is walking into each other.

Does anyone remember the super crowded Haloweekends day last year? I was their and it was just mayhem in the fright zone. Their was so much fog and so many people that you could barely walk.

I agree, some parts of the park are way too dark. I mean, it's kind of eerie. Especially when the park is closing, and the back of the park is just about empty. I remember I was walking around by myself looking for somewhere to eat, and it was dark and cold and a little bit scary;). I know around the laser show screen it has to be dark, but places away from there shouldn't affect that.

Smoking Marijuana isn't a bad thing or even a good one, like everything else, its what you make of it.

What is scary to me is riding a woodie at night with not a lot of people in the train, some time I am looking behind me on these slow lifts that are very scary!

I was there on that day also, didnt they eventually turn off the fog machines because it was too crowded? I cant remember. It was literally, elbows to a--holes.

Lol, I remember riding TTD last year during Halloweekends, it was a packed day and I don't think I got out of the park till 1:00 AM.
I was there on that super-crowded day during Halloweekends last year too. There was way too much fog and I saw lots of frustrated parents with crying kids trying to get through the crowds. I was tired of getting bumped and pushed around, so I bought a beer and found a place to sit near Red Garter Saloon and sat and watched the people. It was pretty interesting.

and sat and watched the people. It was pretty interesting.
We sat behind the lights, near the characters at either end and watched the people getting scared. It was great, to see 6'3" 250# men jump and scream like little girls was one of the best things I've done at CP Halloweekends. [quoteI saw lots of frustrated parents with crying kid
CP suggests to bring small children back in the fright zone.

it was just mayhem in the fright zone.
It wouldn't be to scary if it was all light up. *** Edited 8/22/2004 4:30:40 PM UTC by armsdownheadbackandholdon***
I was there as well that crowded day. It was October 11th. A Saturday. The whole midway was packed. Sometimes you weer just stuck because there was no room to move. And while Dragster had a huge line Corkscrew was a walk-on:)
