It's painfully obvious that they found a stash of these things buried in a warehouse somewhere, and DK saw a chance to save some $$. That can be the only logical explaination to bring back these hideously outdated pieces af garbage.
Can you imagine being a woman taking your break and only have 15 minutes? It would take half of that to get it off to use the facilities! I bet Dick couldn't last an hour outside in one of those things.
This is just another example of how little management thinks of their seasonal employess.
^ I like that idea. The only problem is that it would have to require more organizing when washing the clothing. I believe they did this in the 80s and 90s for frontier town. I believe the CP&LE Railroad now has its own uniforms.
Pepsi Refresh is saving one coaster at a time: http://pep.si/bTTsfc
They used to have differant uniforms for disaster transport, now it's the same as every other ride.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Kings Island also had different uniforms for Top Gun, Outer Limits Flight of Fear, and Tomb Raider when they opened. In later years before CF took over, the different uniforms faded away sadly.
It would be nice to have different uniforms to theme rides and areas, but then if someone had to be moved around to another ride due to a call off or other issue, it would be difficult. Not every park can be like Disney in that respect.
The new Women uniforms are awful btw.

Thats one of the big reasons I love Cedar Point. They aren't like Disney / Universal / or any of the other studio parks. If I want to see a movie, I'll go to a theatre. If I want to ride a kick butt roller coaster, I'll go to Cedar Point.
Back on topic, yeah, I feel for some of the girls in those uniforms.
I'd rather ride Revenge of The Mummy at Universal Orlando before all but two of the coasters at Cedar Point, and spend most of my non-riding time there as well.

To each his own. I'll take Cedar Point over any of the Florida theme parks any day.
Perhaps it's just me, but I'll explain. You know that feeling when you're on vacation and you reach that point when you say..."can't wait to just be home"...after a day or two at other parks, I always find myself missing Cedar Point. This does not mean I don't enjoy other parks...Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Dollywood are two other personal favorites of mine...but the Disney thing wore off long ago.

Back on topic...
I had to wear that uniform for about 3 weeks last season, and it was terrible! I really hope they change them. I happen to have a small frame, and the XS was like a tent on me. Luckily they eventually replaced the belts so they didn't have to be done with those dumb metal loop things, because I had to safety pin the crap out of that belt to make it fit for me, or it always came undone. I kind of liked the top part with the little sailor collar but the ascot was a little too much. Not to mention you had to undo it to use the bathroom. And the zipper going all the way down the front...oh man! Please please pleeeease no more one pieces!
As for the sweeps uniforms, mine fit perfectly, and I loved it! I just had to make sure to wear white underwear...that yellow cloth is see-through. >.< But it wasn't too thick, so I didn't get too hot in it.
