New drink? stands

It looks like they have some new stands in different levels of construction at the old Dive In location, former John Deer display, and between Power Tower and Corkscrew. Just a guess, but they look like some of the existing drink/alcohol/snack stands.

I just hope this results in more operating Icee machines…

Most importantly, who was the lucky winner of the John Deere tractor?????

Update: stands 1 and 2 are open and selling drinks and snacks, no drink plan or icee though. Looks like I was wrong about #3 though.

$18 beers means these stands are money printing machines for the park.

Do you drop down "Power Tower" style to snatch some cheesy prize?

What if someone’s arms are too weak to claw themselves a stuffed teddy? Also can I play if I have a prosthetic arm with claws and hooks attached? So many great scenarios will play out this summer at pizza planet.

Imagine being next in line and you see a kid puking into the prizes while being hoisted around like a human claw :)

Looks like the prizes are all inflatables.. thats not a good combo.

The more I see about this the more whelmed I am. Being THE CLAAAAAAWWWWWW is a really fun idea, and that's what you're paying for. To swing around and be a human claw.

BUT.

The point of a claw machine is to win a prize, and the prizes in this have a lot to be desired, especially for the price- $20 a go. All cheezy, cheap inflatables, and you can't even go for multiples- you can catch as many as you are able but you have to give all but one back at the end.

I think It is more about the experience than the prize.

Yeah, even with a traditional claw machine the point of it isn't really about the prize (which almost universally suck), it's about the misperception that it's a game of skill, or the understanding that it's a game of chance, or some combination thereof.

I will take my chances and use my tight-wad skills to keep my cash, or in CP's case, cashless $20.00 in my pocket. It does look like a fun experience and so far very popular as I've seen a line at the location each time I passed by.
