new cp webcam view

We can now look in a different direction on the CP webcam that originally had an overview of the Lighthouse Point construction.

Just took a gander at the new direction. Very nice looking down on the line and the new paint on IronDragon. It'd be cool to look down on MF. I wonder how high up the tower that view is anyways.

SWEET! It will be great to sit at my PC and watch it at night and on the days I'm not going! I wondered why the cams were down a few days ago or so...

Wow... when I first opened the webcam it looked like it was a view from the TOP of the ride. Now that i came onto this forum and see that its only 360 feet up! holy cow lol. Shows how fast this ride is because I dont ever remember being that high up. haha

This is perfect, I hope they keep it up all summer so we can see how busy the park is.

You can really tell the difference in the color schemes between TTD and ID now.

ID may not be the best ride in the park, but it sure is the "loudest" now.

One thing I just thought of is-When the train is on the tower, and the cam is taking the current picture at the same time, will it make the picture distorted a little due too vibration from the train?

I wonder how much vibration there really is? I'd guess there's a lot of vibration when the train goes on the pull outs. When it's near the top it's going so slow the vibration won't be nearly as bad.

WOW, this new view is beautiful! Iron Dragons supports look like carrot sticks! Anyway, a new picture has just earned its place for my wallpaper that's updated every 5 minutes (I'm on dial-up, so every 1 min isn't an option).

PS: Is it just me, or does this webcam look so much more vivid than the others? They should do some color adjustments on the other cams now too. And while I'm nitpickin, they need to focus the TTD station cam (you can really notice it at night).
