Yeahh, I know that Cedar Point won't be getting a new roller coaster for probably..around 10 years. Maverick is new this year, but I still have more ideas =)
As you all probably have noticed, Cedar Point is IN NEED of more room in the park. My idea is to build a lay-down coaster that goes upside down and all that fun stuff and also over Lake Erie. They probably can't because it doesn't belong to them, but still. I think it would be cool if the coaster dipped into the water or they just made a water coaster. Pretty neat, huh? hehehe those are my ideas =) thanks!
It just seems like everything is jumbled around I guess is a good way of putting it. I just think if they had more room, they could build more. that's just my opinion. except it or get lost =)
^ - not really. They build bridges over water. I would think that the environmental red tape is a bigger issue.
^^^ - Its not jumbled around. And I do take exception to your crazy comment, so I won't get lost. ;) The park is actually very well laid out.

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
Yeah no doubt. If only there were more threads about new coasters...

OMG! those are such great ideas and so original.... for the 1,000,000 time.
10 years? id say less than 5 we see another coaster. Room? Theres plenty of room. You just have to look for it.
And not only is it environmentally bad for Lake Erie, but the weather is hard on the concrete if its underwater. Freezing and defrosting over and over again. and to keep them at the same height year after year would be hard and incredibly expensive.
Water coasters have low capacity as far as i know. Which means it gets beefed up or kicked to the side. And if you want to get wet theres always Thunder Canyon and Snake River Falls.
