NEO ACE Winter Celebration XV

Did any one make it to the "NEO ACE Winter Celebration XV"? As I just joined ACE in June, this was my first event. And I had a lot a fun. Everyone was great, the food was outstanding and the giveaways were fantastic. Any one else have any thought on this or any other event? I the exact same banner, except it is the Top Thrill Dragster kind. Apparently I got 1 of three they released.

I don't see how you think gravy buffets and whole chickens are great food but to each their own...;)

Well... when your expectations are low, I guess your impressed easier. But I thought the mashed potatoe bar was cool, and the cheese cake was the best I've had in a long time. Plus I love crab, so even though they didn't have plates for the crackers and crab dip, I definatly got my fair share.

The food was ok-glad to see there wasn't any beef. As for the potato bar...fake potatos (blech) and I don't understand why they used tiny cups for them and the toppings? If you were smart you took an extra cup for just the toppings!

It was nice to be acknowledged for the reason for the dual CP/GL parking passes for next season! :)

It was a great get together! Loved seeing all my CP, GL and GOCC buds (big wigs included!) :)

I think Angela do a great job, again. It was sad to hear she will be stepping down from her position but I was glad to hear they already have new reps for her replacement. Being an ACE rep is not an easy thing. The best thing about the winter events, you have plenty of time to talk to your friends. The food, decorations, prizes, auction, lots of soda were all great!

No complaints here.
