Neck and back pain after riding Millennium Force

It was my first time riding Millennium and I don't have any issues I'm 13 and I got neck and back pain after riding and during the ride. I know it's my fault because I put my head down when we were going up the lift hill and I didn't know I wouldn't be able to put my head back up and it hurt alot and I missed the whole ride except for the last 10 seconds. Did this happen to anyone else? How long do you think the pain will last. It's been 2 days. PS- never put your head down on a rollercoaster you won't be able to bring it back up unless its a small coaster

If after a few days you are still feeling enough pain that it affects your daily life you might want to make an appointment with a doctor. I am curious what you mean by you had your head down. Were you like leaning over and laying on top of the lap bar or something?
