Just had a dream... I would be totally surprised if it isn't a log flume named
"Shoot the Rapids." You will enter near the Restrooms on the Trail.

is it 9:10 yet?

8 Hrs and 10 minutes away! Another record breaking ride is coming to the Point! Can't wait to see how all the clues match up with this new ride.

9:10am won't come fast enough

OMG even though the evidence points to a flume, I am STILL hoping for a new coaster!!! Will I get any sleep tonight?

While I'm a bit excited, I know how this is going to play out at work. I'm going to go to the site, look at it, give a noise of some sort and get back to work.:D

I just really can't wait to stop having to catch up on just one days worth of posting in this ridiculous thread (sorry ya'll who think this thread is da bomb).:)

And I know it'll be short lived. ::sigh::

Now that we're nearing the end, I just wanted to say thanks to Walt and Jeff, Tony and Tyler, for the clues and the medium to discuss them on. I know you put a lot of work into making this fun for all of us, so thank you.

I think I'll post one more thing for the naysayers who think I don't know anything. A little bird flew into my ear yesterday while I was at BGE and said that this nice little flume we have going in will consist of two separate drops. One of these drops will be approx. 40-45 feet, and the other will be approx. 80-85 feet.

I suppose we'll see if I'm just "looking for attention" or if I've really known what I was talking about all this time.

But... but I heard from my supervisor whose son's soccer teammate went to CP with a church group that his friend overheard someone say they heard Tony say you won't get wet! ;)

Whether or not you actually know what your talking about has nothing to do with it. I can respect not wanting to reveal a source. Doing something like that can often lead to never getting anymore information from that person.

But, if you don't want to reveal critical information like a source, then what reason would anyone have to believe you? We don't know who you are. People come on here all the time saying, "I know what it is because my source said so." It means nothing without proof.

We're not asking you to provide proof. We're asking you to quit repeating yourself if you choose not to prove it.

Buzzer I hope they tear down that restroom and build the entrance right on top of it. I had to make an emergency stop at that restroom over Memorial weekend this year and it was the most disgusting restroom and in the entire park.

Hey, I was as hard on him as anyone when he first started posting this info. But everything he's said makes sense from every angle I can imagine, with the only exception being that he stated SRF was going away to make room for the flume.

It would seem the only way to prove it would be to reveal his source. And why in the hell would want to do that?

What do you expect him to do? Post the blueprints?

Less than one hour! This might turn out being the best birthday present I've had in a few years. That is, unless it's a flume :P.

No, it can't still be anything. The list of possibilities has been narrowed substantially, both officially and through logical deduction.

I'm ready for Whyte Lightning. The good news is, theres a computer in front of me in my class at 9. Can't wait till 9:10.

Is the anouncement going to be broadcast online? If so where can we watch. I really appoligize if this has been mentioned.

You missed the point completely. I also believe it's very likely to be a flume. But, I'm not making a post evey other page saying so. I'm not asking him to prove anything. I'm asking him to quit repeating himself.

The two categories aren't mutually exclusive. You can be completely right and still be an attention whore.
