The coaster they have displayed to represent their SC3000 design is Tarantula at Parque de Attracions de Madrid. That is probably the best spinning coaster I've ever ridden.

<edit>

So Far. :)

What makes you say that?

Oh one of those! Alton Towers has one of those, it looks like it's a blast.

Coaster23 I've actually supported that idea for quite a while. I think I suggested it way back in the beginning of this thread. Don't forget that Cedar Point's favorite ride manufacturer makes one of those too.

edit: here is a rather unflattering review from a guy named Leofet over at coasterforce, "Rode the coaster yesterday, and I didn't like it at all. Rough with a lot of head banging, not pleasant at all.

About the lift...
It's stationary until a train reach it, then it matches it's speed tothe incoming train and brings it up the lift normally (at normalspeed), just before the top it launches the train to the speed that itleaves the lift-hill with. It uses the same system of Nitrogen underpressure that the Accelerators use, the tanks are located at the top ofthe lift. It sound's awful though, like someone is dropping a load ofnuts and bolts onto a metal roof.

It's definitely the worst "new for 2009" coaster I have ridden though."

I don't need to tell you or anyone else my "sources". Nor do I have to tell you what I know. I will tell you it IS UNDENIABLY a log flume, and that is all I will say, nothing more, nothing less. Now, if you choose not to believe that, you will find out when it is announced. Goodbye. :)

Yes, I can just see it: Riding in a face first prone position while drowning it's passengers in the flume. Sounds like fun.

I see no problem with that. ;)

Yeah I also believe that either they or S&S make one that does inversions (i.e barrel rolls)

On second thought let's not go to Six Flags, 'tis a silly place.

Who says Intamin is their favorite? Just because they have 5 out of 17!! of their coasters made by them doesn't mean anything.

Whyte lighting..... And now, something completely different (well sort of) :)

(Sorry, I couldn't resist the headline.)

Also Intamin tends to go with over the shoulder harnesses. Maurer Sohne never does. Their seating lookes really comfortable.

As it was stated before. Soccer doesn't have anything to do with this so stop it!

Or maybe he knows something we don't, like the faith of Disaster Transport. ;)

And on the websiteS (both the main page and halloweekends) being doing, I think it has nothing to do with Whyte Lightning or 2010. I believe they are putting up Halloweekends info up. Think about it, its only a matter of time with Halloweekends being two weeks away.

It's Faith? Is Disaster Transport Jewish? Will the interior be lit by Menorahs next year?

;)

Where do you see the word faith at? :S

LOL, I meant fate. Anyways, I have no idea what just happened to my post. I was editing it but I don't think I hit the delete button and it's gone.

Back to the halloweekends page and the main page being down. I think it's pretty obvious that they are putting up the Halloweekends info/site up. We're only two/three weeks away from that time of year.
