Multiple Train types?

Bear with me here, please...I've been a visitor/reader here for some time but never posted.

I was discussing #16 today with a friend of mine who is also been following the progress of the new coaster. We came up with an interesting idea that COULD be a possibility...and would also increase the rides appeal as far as the general public is concerned.

The idea of dual loading stations was tossed around a bit a while back and it got us thinking....what if there you had options on how you wanted to ride #16...think power tower, you have the option of being shot up or down....how cool would it be if you had the option of riding #16 while facing forwards or facing backwards?

Assuming they DO have multiple trains, and they DID have dual loading stations, I think it's an interesting concept...maybe not the greatest chance of happening.....but a cool idea.

What do you all think?

The going backwards idea is something that has been thrown around a little bit. It would be interesting I think, but it's pretty obvious that the whiplash you would suffer would be pretty severe. There really isn't a way to stop it either so I don't see this as a possibility. Creative idea though.

Peace I'm Out

But how do you know that this ride will shoot you out of a station like WT? Maybe its a slower launch or something and then going backwards wouldnt be as bad. It would be kind of cool to go up that tower backwards, even though i doubt that it will happen.
Somehow the words 100+mph and slower launch seem kind of awkward together. Maybe it's just me.

What do you mean, 'rumor'? My cousin's friend swear he saw six people die on that ride back in '89. ;)
Wasn't that ride built in '91? How could people die on it in '89?
I'm guessing that was supposed to be the hint that it was just crap. Mr. Obvious is always glad to help, caller.
Yeah, it's a true story... Guy sued the park and won $50 million... *rolls eyes*

Dougster is correct. It was a joke. As if the bad grammer and winking smiley weren't enough, I used the wrong date to avoid any confusion. Obviously, I overestimated the intelligence of others.
WOW!! I fell for it, hook, line & sinker! I never claimed to be smart, though. In fact, I'm not sure I should congregate amongst such intelectual bravada. Let me know, ok?
#16 will not launch us sitting in a backwards position. ...hello, Mcfly?

If you build it, they will come!
