Movie shot a CP
A few years ago they shot part of a movie at CP. It was a remake from a well known fill from years earlier. What movie was it? I want to say Close Encounters, but I can't say for sure. If that is it, IMDB has no info on it. Anyone remember the movie, and know what the status is?

It was close encounters of the 4th kind, it was not a remake of a well known film, it went straight to video. You can find it on Amazon, and don't hold your breath for Spielberg type film-making.

The "official" website for the movie had a plot outlined for a sequel and had plans to film it at the park in 2005. Clearly, for whatever reason, that did not happen. I don't think it was much of a loss.

wow, netflix was stumped on this one. I have found some pretty obscure movies there but a search of the 4th kind came up negative.
That's because it sucked. I could not believe all of the people here in Sandusky falling all over each other to be in some "B" movie. (I'm being generous in saying "B")

I saw that move, it was so bad I couldn't beleive I sat through the whole thing.
My mother bought 2 DVDs of it just because it was shot in Sandusky. Not worth the money.
