How can you count a rollback as half? You go up and come down... and plus its an awesome experience...imo, half would be going up and stopping lol which would never happen.. a rollback should count as 2 :)

TTD Rides- 2 (3 counting rollback)
Rollbacks Seen - too many to count

Thats not what I meant. I believe you that it has stopped....and eventually rolled back right? So it was a rollback. Im saying "half" would be going up and not coming back down, having to evacuate the riders from the top. That would never happen, with the wind and all plus its on wheels so it tends to keep moving.

Obviously you didnt see or hear about the empty Gold Train that was perched atop the crest for 11 minutes until someone had to push it down?

But, it would be even more unlikely to have a loaded train to stop at the top. I've been on a "paused" train, where it paused at the top for a good 2-3 secs. We went over... I wish we would have rolled back but... hey, a view from 420 feet for 3 secs aint bad :)

I have 2 one in the morning (with a 25 min breakdown) and one at night. (also with an 25 min breakdown)
Well, unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure of riding Top Thrill Dragster yet, when I took my trip, it was during the extended downtime period, but I am going on Saturday this weekend, then again a weekend later, I want to get a total of at least 5 rides, but hey, we cant all get what we want, maybe I will get the experience of a rollback....

LaUnCh...420 feet, 120 mph, 4 seconds....brakes...breathe

16 this season, 5 today, 4 last Sunday, and 7 split through various earlier visits this year. Longest wait 5.5 hours on opening day, shortest wait ~30 minutes. I've seen two rollbacks, but never had the pleasure personally.
I now stand at 18 in 18 visits

Time spent waiting for those rides= 42 hours.

Well I stand at 8 rights in 8 days worth of visits to the park. 3 Front row and one without the spiels/dragster noises/countdown lights/etc

Longest wait was nearly 8 hours.. shortest wait 20 minutes. I've waited a total of 22 hours for those 8 rides

We all suck and are pathetic ( I just hit 20 on Sunday)

I was told today this 75 year old guy had his 75th ride today! I heard the news was there to cover that.

All I can say is I hope I can power ride like him when I'm that age. Then again Old Timer Tim can, so I guess there is hope for all of us. ;)

Why did someone have to copy my name??

I got 10, not to much, not to little, but I'm happy! :)

Dan he is not quite as old as Tim. ;) I was at the park today and there was a local news crew doing a story on this guy. He took his 75th ride and he is 75 years old. I'm pretty sure he is just a retired local guy who comes to the park almost everyday with his wife. I don't know which is more amazing his age or his number of rides. If anyone sees it in the paper or on the net please post it.
