Actually, I made up this idea a while ago in a thread that has since been closed. I think its possible, but not likely.

Maybe there should be a guide to newbies on this new ride. Then maybe the repetitive posts will be avoided. And allong with the stupid harassing of newbies that these "senior" posters seem to do, would be avoided.Granted these repetitive posts get on my nerves as well, but I don't harass the newbies who might actually suprise some of you with something you overlooked. Just because there not expierenced doesn't mean they won't come up with a new idea that you didn't. I don't know why I bother with this post anyway. Since I will probable get flamed!:(

Dude.. I've posted like five times.. and I basically only enjoy harassing people who think that this ride is going to be more than a launch, tophat, and brakes. and DDOG, I too would also love to see a coaster that has multiple launches.. but there is no way in hell that this is going to happen here. This launch is going to be the most insane launch ever.. and all we know is that this coaster goes up to 400+ feet and then comes down. But what exactly is this coaster going to pull on this massive tower? Thats what we should really be trying to figure out!

I would say to stop dreaming everyone.. but for me personally.. a 120mph 400+ foot coaster at Cedar Point is a dream!!!!!!

sure, Intamin has done it with LIMs..... with LIMS, not with the "rocket coaster" propulsion and whatnot, I cannot see this happening in any way shape or form.

Why aren't people accepting this ride for what it is? We already have a multiple launch ride, in case you forgot. It's called Wicked Twister.

okay well if you want to harass people about it why dont you make a topic about that but this topic if you look is about a second launch. if the guy wants to talk about it having a second launch, just let him be and let him do it. you cant rule out that there isnt gonna be a launch or not so just let the guy speak and say what he wants. geez

Why isn't this possible? the ride uses Magnetic brakes doesn't it. It wouldn't be that difficult to to have the second launch be LIM.

of course this isn't going to happen, and I'm not expecting anything more than L-TH-B now

the launch that is used on this type of ride wont pickup and hurl another train through another launch DURING the ride, unless its stopped. It would also be a waste for CP to do it, considering how much power/energy/equipment is needed for ONE launch.
