Mom worried about riding MF

Yeah, I know about that incident, but I thought it happened in the '70's.

What about the death on the Stagecoach ride? I think it was around 1970 when it happened but I'm not sure.

You can go to 911.com and read all the accidents at theme parks back to 1970.I dont recall seeing any for Cp but Ill look again.

The Wildcat death was in 1994. I may be mistaken but I think the victim was kind enough to exit the ride before expiring. That was a death brought on by a medical condition. I'm pretty sure it was 1994 because I remember noting that she had probably ridden Raptor the same day. In that case, the Wildcat was the location for the accident, not the cause.

To the best of my knowledge, Cedar Point has had some ride incidents, a couple of which have resulted in injury. There have even been incidents which resulted from mechanical failure. But I cannot think of a single fatality resulting from a ride accident at Cedar Point in the past 30 years.
