Today 02-02-05 they had a show on the history channel called modern mavels on hydralics that showed dragster and how it works. Just wounder if anyone else watched it?

Nope, but I love their enigineering diasters shows. Maybe one day we'll see VertiGo.

I saw that show a while back. I think it also had like the jurassic park ride from universal that showed how it flings the car over then brings it back.

yea but they didnt even show dragster this time. What a rip off.

I started watching it at 9 PM. I saw the part about Top Thrill Dragster.

I doubt it since I don't think it was really a disaster. The park was empty at the time so noone was hurt or even in danger. Their press release said they sent the steel for structural analysis but were any results ever released? Was it just a fluke, or was there a manufacturing defect with the steel?

I tapped it a while back, It had on clip of dragster decending the 420 ft hill, but it was mainly a clip on Jurassic Park, & the earthquake ride @ Universal... It was pretty cool though....

I missed that, hopefully itll be on again
