How to make it more thrilling? Ride with a lot of coaster enthusiasts. Get them all to scream their heads off. Big fun!

I like the very front or the very back. It's really fun to ride with a little kid who hasn't been on many coasters. I was happy to hear that they put in a new control system so they can run 3 trains again, instead of 2. You used to be able to practically walk on the ride. But the last few years there has been an unusually long wait.

Ah yes... the looks you get from the people standing on the midway when you whirl through the helix.

I think that the ride is more thrilling when I ride with my mother. She does not like big hills on roller coasters, but she is a blast on Mine Ride, Iron Dragon, Disaster Transport, and Woodstock's Express.

CCMR and Gemini both have a great ending helix.

God bless Arrow mine rides and their tighter'n a vice helices.

Hey Scott-last year during Halloweekends my friend and I SCREAMED during the entire ride-and we are talking blood curdling screams--we had so much fun looking @ the people looking at us we got off and rode again. Couldnt talk at all the next day-a blessing to some!

I remember once when I rode Mantis there were 3 girls screaming there heads off the whole ride next to me. So I started screaming like a Banshee and said something like can you shutup so I can enjoy the ride. They smiled laughed and shut up.

lol Hooper. The CCMR is fun for little kids who haven't made it to the big leagues. I have to say looking at the final helix is pretty fun to watch. Best seat? Front.

Ohh the memories of it all. Getting the back half of a train filled with enthusiasts. Then walking off the train dying of laughter and not having much of a voice left. GIVE ME A HIGH FIVE. If you weren't there with our group that day or have never ridden it with me you will never understand.

That's a good ride when you back is sore becasue it jolts you around quite a bit.

Even though this wasn't at CP, I have a similar story -- In Febuary when I went to Disney and IOA with 2 friends. While on Big Thunder Mountian I sat in the back and came one with henry rollins... i yelled so loud my lungs pratically burst. While exiting the ride, an irish guy (who was appartently sitting infront of me) yelled at me and said "I GOTTA BLOODY EAR-ACHE!!"

Haha! That's the best. When I went to DisneyLand with 20 others back in July, we stacked a train on Big Thunder Mountain and we all said we were gonna make it seem like the most fun ever! All 20 or so of us scream so loud everyone in line was looking at us like it was the best ride in the park! It was so much fun we did it again with Indiana Jones and Riddler's Revenge at SFMM!!!:)

At night is the best time to ride, because you don't really know where your going!;-P
