Min. rider height

I cant believe the speed,height,and the money it took to build.How tall do you gotta be to ride it?

The minimum rider height has not yet been determined.

How do they determine the minimum height? Do they put different size dummies in all the cars, run the ride and see which dummies fly out of the cars? Probably not, but I'm curious if it is just an arbitrary decision by management.

CP always sides on the part of caution..keep in mind that MF's requirements were changed to 48inches...

Don't be surprised to see both a minimum and maximum on this. You're head must make contact with the high seat back so it doesn't snap back at launch. Whiplash can be nasty.

BTW, Xcelerator has a 52" minimum height requirement.

Where is the entrance to this thing?

I imagine they'll have a seat outside the queue for people to check if they fit. It's more your upper body size than your height. Long trunk with short legs may not make it. (no elephant jokes, please.)

They talk about min height requirements and maximum sizes in the Q&A page at cedarpoint.com. But they did not say what they were yet. Was it just me, or was that entire page dedicated to selling the safety and rideability of this thing?

That's what it sounded like to me! I think the GP, when they hear the stats, will think...This thing is gonna kill me!! But they also said that people with larger body types wouldn't fit. From the pic tho....I should fit just fine!! Yeah Baby!!

You are going to have to share that title, I got the height and drop right! :)

But they haven't disclosed an exact drop measurement yet!

Jdubya: Note what the drop statistic said and what it did not say. The vertical drop is 400 feet but the brake run is a continual downward slope. The total drop is more than 400 feet; they say so themselves elsewhere in the copy.
