Does anyone know the dimensions of the track on the Millennium Force? Like the width and height of the four spine sections of track.

You don't have to be rude when he was asking a simple question.

^Wow, someone that is actually honest and admits people on this board are rude. As for the track, I would think that the exact dimensions are probably kept secret or easily found on public documents filed with Sandusky.

I always wonder ho heavy each piece of a coaster track is! I know last summer I saw workers moving out the Dominator, Thunderhawk, and Head Spin out of Geauga Lake. We have pictures of that. The pieces look huge!

That pdf has a lot of the info. Well, maybe as much info as you're going to find without seeing technical specifications. I googled "millennium force track specifications". It was on the first page of hits.

As for those of you who think people on these boards are rude, don't let the proverbial door hit you on your way out.

Generalization is both funny and lame at the same time. It's one of a number of fallacies that enjoys widespread use on the Internet. The intent of generalization is to criticize a particular subject, but I think it ends up saying more about the person who is making it.

Pretty good article. It's hard to believe that the rails only have a 3/8" wall thickness. Especially the ones at the bottom of the large drops. I love the Intamin track style. Very good engineering, if I may say so.

Cameras didn't suck, the production of the PDF sucks. I've seen those same shots in higher resolution. These photos were all shot on film.

The photos are cool! I always enjoy construction pictures of coasters! I have been watching the construction of the Diamondback at Kings Island. I give credit to all the people who make our coasters come to life!

I was not trying to be rude. It was meant to be a joke.

As for the pictures. Good shots jeff. Good pictures. I cant belive that coaster is 9 years old already. If feels like they just built it.
