Millennium Force Seatbelts

I know this has been discussed to death, but I heard awhile back that some or all the seatbelts on MF had been lengthened.

Is this true? If so, how much of a difference is there?

There are some new belts on some of the seats. These new belts seem to be a bit more accommodating. I'm not sure if they were purposefully lengthened, or if they just haven't had time to get wet and dry over and over again causing them to shrink.

So which train's seats have the "shorter" belts this year? Last year it was yellow.
