Why yes it does. You can see the four footers for the tower that supports the second hill. That was taken standing on the rim of Thunder Canyon.

I may sound dumb but when riding Thunder Canyon will you be able to the the track? Will it be right over head or no?

I think you will be able to look straight up while on Thunder Canyon's far turn and see the track of MF. The footers for the MF first turn's main pylon are right next to Thunder Canyon and the track hangs out well beyond the main supports for this pylon. Of course none of this will be confirmed until we are at the park. But based on what we know now, I think the answer to your question is "YES"!
