Millenium Stuck?

I caught the tail end of a report on the local news here in Cleveland and all I saw was a picture of the MF with the words "stuck" underneath it. Any truth to this?
I heard it was stuck friday night for about an hour. A fuse opened. There was an article in the lorain journal or some paper. Not positive though.

MF wasn't stuck friday night because I rode it twice. No problems what so ever happened. News sources are never credible.
My bad maybe it was maybe not. Heck I was at PKI

A friend told me that he saw it on WKYC ch. 3 here in Cleveland last night. The train stopped right at the top of the hill for about 15 minutes and then started up again. I bet they had a great view up there!
There was an article about the ride stopping in Saturday's Lorain Morning Journal. It stopped almost at the top due to a blown fuse. The people were stuck for about 20 minutes before the ride started up again and ran normally for the rest of the day. The article said the train stopped around 1:10 P.M., I believe, and it totally over-hyped the incident. That's journalism:)

I found the link to that article: http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=740313&BRD=1699&PAG=461&dept_id=46371

In that article that kid says he was afraid that the train would slip back. Now, does the public know about anti-rollbacks or not? I would think so since safety cut outs are common at parks

Whoopty doo! Gee, a safety system worked. Why would anyone worry. It stoped for safety reasons. If it was a fuse, well, good it saved something from a surge, maybe the computer, who knows.

A lot of fuse blowing on that Friday but Millennium Force never got stopped. Especially if it got stuck around 1, I think I would have known since I was in line for Mantis and eating back near Snake River Falls.
Wait a second, I just read that article more closely this time around and it said this happened on Wednesday (?!). I was back in the Tral area around that time on Wednesday
and don't remember seing it stuck. I would have seen it if it was stuck up top for 20 min

Yes, it got stuck twice. Both while I was in line, on Wednesday. One was pretty long, maybe 25 minutes. and the other was not even 5.
Does anyone else think it would be awesome to be stuck at the top ? I mean you could just look at the great view and talk to your friends. That would be sweet.
It would be cool as long as you understood how good the antirollbacks worked, otherwise you would be scared to death. My mom hates coasters because she's always scared that the antirollbacks will fail (and the fact that she hates airtime might have something to do with it :) )
Millennium DID get stuck at the top wednesday night. I was in line for about 2 hours, during which, Millenium got stuck at least three times in the 2 hours I was in line. Oh, and by the way, I was waiting for my FIRST ride on Millenium! Needless to say, I was a little more "excited" when I finally rode.

MF was "stuck" at the top of the lift hill on Monday 21st. Gooober and I were in the front seat somewhere around 3:45PM when this happened. The view was awesome. We were only stuck about 10 minutes.

The best part of the whole adventure was that we got to ride in the front seat again after they got the problem fixed.

No way! I was right across from the unloading station when that happened! What were you wearing?
White t-shirt, jean shorts and sunglasses. Rhonda had a black tank top on and has red hair. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

We got 6 rides on MF with 4 in the front seat. We got two front seats from the stuck on the hill ride and two from nice people that didn't want the front and switched with us in line at two different times.

It was probably fun only because we didn't have to use the emergency escape car. Reggie(ride op) said CP would probably leave the train up there for a really long time before doing that though.

Don't think we could have had a better day if we could have ordered it.

If only I knew it was you at the time.
whoa there guys, you act like this is a strange event. i work at millennium photo and sorry to break it to you but millennium stops on the lift hill at least once a day. it can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 40 minutes,or longer believe me, people get really angry being up there for 45 minutes then wanting a free photo...
