Does anyone know what days the Michigan Days BOGO tickets are good for? Also, if we had three people going for 2 days, would we be able to use the paid ticket one day and the free ticket the other day? Finally, do you need an ID to use them for getting into the park? Thanks for any info you can give. I understand if no one here knows the answers.
...and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point, The Am-aaaa-zement park!
Well, now for an actually helpful (somewhat late, albeit) answer. I'm almostbpositive you have to have a valid Michigan ID, or else someone from Ohio could buy one and use it. And, yes, you can use the free ticket on the same person 2 different days. And you can use them any day the park is open until HalloWeekends (after the 13th).

The search bar on your browser is a really handy feature. It can usually bring you a very detailed and accurate answer to a question from reliable sources, if not the direct source itself.
Asking a question on a forum such as this will very often get you many different responses to the same question. And sometimes due to speculation or past guest first hand knowledge that may be out of date, that answer may be inaccurate or ill advising.
So if you are making travel plans or budgeting funds for a trip, it is best to contact Cedar Point directly. They will have the most up to date information available and very well may be able to pass along any other offers/discounts available at the times you may travel.

Thank you for your sarcastic and somewhat rude non answer. The article that you pointed to was already read by me after a search and did not answer the questions. You, in addition, did not answer the question and, therefore, probably could have saved time by not posting this rude and pointless. I am aware that I could answer these questions by calling, and that will be my next step if I do not get and answer from a kind person such as yourself.
Q:Does anyone know what days the Michigan Days BOGO tickets are good for?
A:Michigan Days runs Monday through Labor Day.
Q:would we be able to use the paid ticket one day and the free ticket the other day?
A:...one free admission for each one purchased.
Q:Finally, do you need an ID
A:Cedar Point's Michigan Days kick off Monday, offering residents...
From the first four paragraphs of the article, sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Overly sarcastic? Perhaps. But your questions were all answered in the article.

Well actually I don't see anything about ID. I don't see anything about whether or not you can use the tickets on separate days. I also thought that it was possible that weekends were blocked. The tickets and info are not yet on the parks's site as far as I can tell. Articles are not always completely correct. I just figured that someone might have prior experiences to share with the specifics. I apologize for offending anyone. For my part, I have been with this site from the beginning and only answer when I have something productive to say. I have obviously frivolously angered the site police. Thank you for your time. I won't do it again.

A) "...offering residents..." suggests to most people the need to demonstrate they are residents; presenting ID is the easiest way to do so.
B) If you can use one free admission with each purchased admission, by definition they need to be used on the same day.
C) Articles are not always correct, which begs the question of why you would not just ask the park for the correct information rather than asking anonymous strangers on the Internet.
D) Weekends may well be blocked, which begs the question of why you would not just ask he park for the correct information rather than asking anonymous strangers on the Internet.

Again, I am sorry for offending anyone with my questions. I asked here because sometimes there is someone out there with experience who can clear up some specifics. I would assume that, if no one had the answer, I would just not get a response. I am a teacher who believes that asking questions to various sources is a great way to learn. As I originally posted, I completely understand if no one has the answer. I just don't expect to be berated for asking. I, also, wasn't in a huge hurry for the answer and thought that others might benefit. Anyway, I called. According to CP's customer service, you do not need an ID with you to use this deal. You order the tickets on line starting tomorrow. If I pay for three tickets I get six physical tickets. Free admission can be used on a different day. To my surprise, weekends truly are not blocked out. If anyone was wondering and afraid to ask, I hope that this helps. If any of this information turns out to be incorrect, I apologize.

So, weirdly, by simply contacting the park you got accurate information. Instead, you wasted time asking anonymous strangers on the Internet who had inaccurate information.
Why should you apologize for relaying the information the park itself provided to you? It seems weird to me that you seem to trust anonymous strangers more than the business involved.
I must confess: every time I see the title for this thread, I mistakenly read it as "Michigan Daze", which I presume is the feeling of numb listlessness that accompanies being thrashed by the Buckeyes yet again...
:P
I don't know... Based on your question you implied that you were a Michigan resident. XS Nightclub was only trying to answer the question as if you were a true Michigan resident.
Our apologies. And can you please take Toledo?
I'm from Wisconsin and we'd appreciate it if you'd give Upper Michigan to Minnesota in trade for Toledo.

I can assure you, nobody in MI wants Toledo! Not sure if anyone anywhere actually WANTS Toledo...
