MF supports

I was at CP almost two weeks ago. I noticed MF had a pair of supports along the downside top portion of the first hill, angled away from the 3 major supports that are perpendicular to the ground. I am trying to figure out if I just never noticed them or if I'm mistaken, but I really think that they're pretty new. Can anybody clear this up?
