Should I buy the season passes at meijer(which come in a nice card) or online where it doesn't look like I'll even have to go to season pass processing because I give my picture and ID there as I'm getting it.. maybe I'm wrong but I think that's how it works(never had a SP before)
If I were to have to go to processing no matter what could I go there before the actual park opens? Like 8 or 9?

Just buy it wherever it's cheaper. I think the procedure when you get to the park will be the same - you'll redeem whatever you print from the website or pick up at Meijer for your season pass card. Outside of the first few weekends of the season, I wouldn't expect a significant line to get this done. Also, you used to be able to use the voucher to get into the park once and then you could process for the pass later in the day. Not sure that's still true or not. It might say on the thing when you print it.
