Media Day

I'm surprised this hasn't already been brought up, but WT's media day is tommorow (May 2). Channel 11 in Toledo says they're starting coverage at 5:30 AM, so I guess I'll have to set my alarm early tommorow.

I would imagine they might cover something, though it may not be live broadcasts. I really don't know though.

Yep. I saw a short story about WT being finished on the news earlier this week, and they said they would begin their day long live broadcasts from CP at 5:30 AM. Guess it wasn't "just in case".

Cool, I just saw it for the first time on the news! They showed footage from the commercial shoot the other day, and they were testing it at 5:30. It looks awesome in action! I'm even more excited about this now!

It is now 6:30 on Media Day and a local radio station is having some of it's DJ's over to ride WT but it is like a circus over at CP right now as I just saw on the webcams.

"No Pant-a-mamime Either."

I'm lucky enough to have a half day today, so I can watch the cams and everything for action!

I woke up to 93.1 DRQ's roving reporter talking about WT. Then on Fox 2 News they had a segment on WT, showing it running, launching, and in action! I can't wait to get on this thing!

I saw it on Toledo 11, and it was awesome! (I had to wake up for boring school anyways). I couldn't help but laugh at the newscaster on the ride always yelling, OH MY GOD!!!! ;)

I caught it running on the webcam just a few seconds ago. My mom called last night and said she saw WT on the news (in Detroit) and though "and my stupid daughter and grandson will RIDE that thing?!? They're NUTS!"

I saw it running this morning on chanel 11 here in Toledo. Now I am sitting in school with a CP shirt, and my WT hat watching the webcam and I am so very stoked now! Sunday can not get here any sooner!

I just saw a 30 sec. segment of WT on our local news here in Grand Rapids, MI. It looks freakin awesome!! Does anybody when or if any of the stations there or CP itself will release the videos of WT?? Seeing how I have to wait until Memmorial Day weekend for my first ride.
