My cousin went to Cedar Point last week and claims that he was in the gold train and it did not make the 2nd hill. Is this true? I wish I got stuck!

I was stuck on Mantis' block break during pre-season '96 - not as fun as it might seem. We sat there for nearly 45 minutes (they walked off everyone but those of us in the two front rows - we were past the catwalk), and then we barely made it through the corkscrew. Interesting, but there were bruises in interesting places the next day! *Grin*

If it were true, it would have been in the news and there would have been a big deal on here about it valleying with people complaining about how hard the trims catch on the drop. It obviously didn't happen.
I didn't think Mean Streak had ever failed to clear the second hill during normal operation.
Now the *third* and *fourth* hills, that's another story...
