Mean Streak brakes?

So, since the trim brakes aren't working we can expect MS to tear itself apart by the end of August. Doesn't really matter since MS won't run during halloweekends anyways IMO.

Dude, yes I did. And I read that some people said that they weren't working. Jeez dude, relax.

I'm sure the brakes are working fine - there's nothing here to indicate otherwise. They're just not being used as much as they have in the past.

Except for the fact that there have been multiple reports on this very thread saying the brakes were not on.

Rode Mean Streak a couple times this week and I can tell you the trims are there and working when needed on the 1st hill. I noticed them more on one ride than the other.

Rode it on Monday trims weren't working and it was during steady operation and the train was full with mostly adults. Ride was running faster and boy did that drop feel good.

I've also heard from several accounts that the brakes haven't been trimming on the drop from friends of mine going back as long as 2 months. Didn't believe it until I rode it.

Well it was trimmed every time that i rode it last week monday through friday

^That is false because I was there last wednesday the 25th and the first drop was not trimmed

Is it not possible that the two of you simply didn't share a train?

How does the computer decide to trim a ride? I do not know these things but there are people on here that do so please enlighten me

Please don't tell me how my ride was that you were clearly not on. I don't know when you got your untrimmed ride but, I rode it earlier on the day and they trims were on

Trims were ON last Sunday when I rode. Trims were OFF Monday when I rode.

You're right, how would I know how your ride was? Your first post made it seem like you knew 100% they were on all week. No worries.

It was just funny that I had a ride with them off because my friend that I was with made the comment in line about how he didn't like the brake on the first hill. Then after the ride we both kind of looked at each other and said that it didn't brake us that time.

My previous 5 rides on it this summer did have the trims on that's why I was surprised last week that they were off
