Here is a little something different to talk about.
Why doesn't MA have sun shades in it's queue? Of all lines this one that needs it the most. Really it is like a 15 min roast oven.
Just wondering if there was any reason they don't have these in the queue?
EDIT: Yes I know they have them at the load station. I am talking about the rest of the queue. *** Edited 7/13/2006 3:26:15 AM UTC by CP4eva'04***

I agree. Its odd that they don't have them because your right, it does need it the most. Its much more pleasant once you get assigned a seat and are under the sun shades.
Thrills Around the Corner!
Which is down right dumb. You spend less time waiting in the load position then you do in the queue itself.

How long do you guys wait for maXair?
If you're not under the tree or by the Krazy Kars, then your in the queue for maybe 15 minutes. Unless you walk under an umbrella the entire day, you'll get more sun just walking down the midway.

I think they might want you to be able to see the ride in action and not have shades blocking it.
You get a nice breeze anyways, I don't see what the big deal is.

My point wasnt't that they don't have them, but that where they do have them doesn't make any sense.

Your the one who started a thread over it. *** Edited 7/13/2006 7:34:30 PM UTC by Jerreus***
Total Maverick rides for the 2007 season = 27
Top 5--- 1. Maverick- 2. Millennium 3. Magnum 4. TTD 5. Gemini
Cavs- 2007 Eastern Conference Champions!.-
The current locations of the sun shades make a lot of sense for the ride operators. I don't want any of them to pass out, it could delay my ride. :)

Well for them yes, but the ones of the ride load, where the guests stand after they're given their numbers don't.

^ Well you must think its a pretty big deal, I mean you started a thread over sun shades.

And you started a thread over rollbacks. What is your point?
From what I can tell you don't seem to have one. You simply want to be annoying.

No I just dont think that sunshades are that big of a deal. I dont mind standing in the sun. Put on some sunscreen if you dont like it. *** Edited 7/14/2006 2:36:19 PM UTC by Jerreus***

On some days, those shades can make a HUGE difference. I hope that a shade can be installed with out it affecting the view of the ride you have from the line.
Another thing I noticed was that it seems that the line always goes out and it forms just a blob of people and it is very un-organized. Do you think they underestimated MaXair's popularity?
They made the queue for maXair very short for some reason. Space is the only logical answer.
