maXair Entrance Sign?

Those are footers for sure, looks like thats a flower bed around it. They are probably waiting till they are done with all construction before they put the sign in so it won't get damaged.

They are done with construction. All they have to do is add the sign.

No. I was answering the post above me. Grady said that they are waiting for construction to be finished.

I know that is sarcasm so don't think I'm stupid or anything like that.

Just be careful rollerdude. I've learned from experience that in some cases if you dont give some sort of a sign of sarcasm (:)) then it might or will be taken seriously and cause problems.
