Well, I dug up an old thread of mine (Maverick Pumpkin) because I didn't feel like I needed to start a new one. Anyway, this year I carved a Demon Drop pumpkin and thought that you guys might wanna take a look. Happy Halloween!

Looks great! I've tried to do stuff like that but it has never turned out that great for me.

Very cool. What technique did you use to scrape away the skin? I tried doing that for the first time this year since I had a lot of lettering and carving all the way through wasn't going to work. I ended up slicing the letters with an X-Acto knife and sort of digging out the skin with various tools... it was very awkward, took forever, and didn't work well! I'm curious how you did it.
Very nice! I did a Maverick pumpkin last year, but I was way to lazy to scrape it out so I just carved it.
