I have no clue what that green ring is, but i have a question about maverick and didn't want to start another thread. In the off-ride b-roll footage from Jeff, I noticed that on the back of the trains it says something like 1-3 or 5-3. Does anyone know what that means? Just curious!

A lot of the Coasters at the park have numbering systems for their trains.
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
The green ring could be how they i.d different parts when they put it together or how they i.d. certin areas when its inspected. I know force if you look has markings at the bolds where they i.d. when they looked at it. The green ring could be too a thing hiding the part that they didnt want to fix when it broke. And its a new form of duct tape holding it in place. Lol.
^^^ Going with what Josh was saying the numbers tell the off-season crew what part goes where and which car is the car that goes where. Like you would no put the car with the static discharge pickup in the middle of the train. Also the green ring will probably disappear soon now that the ride is in full swing, unless someone forgot they left it there.
